Perfect for romantic getaways, small celebrations, and those who love fishing, watersports, and the slower pace of the quiet, country life.
In the spacious great room, there are high ceilings and gorgeous views of the trees, sky and mountain ridge. Relax on the sofa and read, take a nap, or simply open the blinds on all 5 windows and enjoy the secluded tree-house feeling. Or enjoy the luxury of outdoor living and dining on the huge, wrap-around deck with grill, torch lighting, great views and seating for 20+ people.
Ready for some fun near beautiful Center Hill Lake and the Caney Fork River? You are virtually surrounded by multiple Marinas, Parks, Recreation Centers and Boat docks where you can rent jet skis, boats, fishing equipment or whatever you need. Or maybe you prefer to enjoy a meal inside, at the nautical-themed dining bar with 8 stools, next to the cute and cozy kitchen and well-stocked with all appliances and utensils. Indoor activities include a well-stocked movie library, CD player, and board games for children of all ages. Downstairs you will find a laundry-room and 2 bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and the other with a full-size bed. There is a small twin bed in the room adjacent to the kitchen, and a pull-out sofa-bed in the great room.
Secluded, yet within a few miles of Smithville, where you can shop for antiques and local arts and crafts, or visit a local diner or ice cream shop – there’s something for everyone!

Policies and Additional Info: Rates: Off-season: (Nov. – Mar.) $110 nightly or $700 for 7 nights. Holidays and High Season: (Apr. – Oct.) $280 for wknd.; two-night minimum applicable. Cleaning fee may apply.
No telephone provided; most cell phones work once approaching the main highway. No smoking allowed inside. $300 Security Deposit required; fully refundable if no damages. Cancellations and refunds given only if received 7 days prior to arrival date and due to winter weather. Must be 25 years or older to make reservation, parties of 6 or fewer preferred.
