MOUNTAIN LAKE CABIN LIVING has never been easier or more affordable! This 3 BR A-frame lakehouse is the perfect mountain vacation rental to enjoy the wonders of the East Tennessee on a private 60-acre lake!
Dreamlake is priced for 4 guests, but can sleep up to eight comfortably, with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths, one on each floor. There is also a Jacuzzi tub in the master bath and a fully-equipped kitchen. The main and upper floors feature queen-sized beds, while the bottom floor features a bedroom with two twin beds, and a recreation/TV room for the kids. There is also a hot-tub on the main floor inside the screened porch, a large dining area, BBQ grill, central heating and air, and a realistic electric log fireplace for those chilly autumn and winter nights. |

Activities and Attractions |
Activities include lake activities like swimming, diving, boating, and fishing. Nearby there is also gold panning, horseback riding, hiking, biking, whitewater rafting and the Autumn Gold Festival in October.
Local Attractions include the Lost Sea, Sequoyah Birthplace Museum, the Cherohala Skyway, Orr Mountain Winery, Ft. Loudon Historic Site, and even a 9-hole golf course in Madisonville. Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge are less than 1.5 hours away.

Rate details
REGULAR SEASON (June-Dec 19): $720.00/Week; $120/night
OFF-SEASON (Jan 2-May 25): $600.00/Week; $100/night
PEAK SEASON (All Holiday weeks and October): $810.00/Week; $135/night
Rates quoted are for 4 people, although the cabin can hold up to 6. Children ages 3 and under stay free, but count towards the occupancy limit. Above 4, add $10/night for each additional guest.
Other fees:
$100 Refundable security deposit
$50 cleaning fee for stays of less than 6 nights.
$75 Pet fee for one or 2 small pets (less than 20 pounds each).
Add 14.25% TN sales and lodging taxes (deposit not taxed).
Nightly stays (min. 2 nights) allowed on short notice, i.e., can be booked within 60 days prior to arrival, or 30 days prior to all holiday or peak dates. Peak season rates are in effect for all holiday weeks throughout the year, both regular and off-season, and the entire month of October.
Cancellations fully refundable before 30 days of arrival, less a $25 cancellation fee. No refunds within 30 days unless the cabin can be rebooked.
