The Sprucewood is a spacious 5 Bedroom 2 full Bath Executive home on Dam Lake in between Eagle River and St. Germain WI. The home boasts spectacular views of this great swimming and fishing lake. The rec room contains a foos ball table, pool table, and sattelite TV and is adjoined to two large bedrooms. The galley kitchen is complete with stove, microwave, dish washer and side by side fridge. The Home comes complete with a 14 foot fishing boat, swim raft, and 30 foot expansive pier. Two full baths with showers and one bathtub make for lots of room and privacy for everyone. House also contains an large onsite laundry room complete with washer and dryer. Outdoor hot tub overlooking the gorgeous lake will complete your vacation and add to the charm of this northwoods vacation home. The Home can accomodate up to 20 guests very comfortably. |
