MOUNTAIN CABIN LIVING has never been easier or more affordable! This 3 BR A-frame chalet/cabin is the perfect mountain vacation rental to enjoy the wonders of East Tennessee.
Angel Loft is fully-furnished and cozy with central AC in the summer and furnace and propane heat in the cooler months. Coker Creek Village is less than a mile away, offering outdoor experiences for Christian and other groups, and dozens of other family activities are never far away: whitewater rafting, mountain biking, horseback riding, waterfalls and more.
Angel Loft is priced for 4 guests, but can sleep up to six comfortably, with 3 bedrooms (two upper and one lower master BR). There are 2 bathrooms and a fully-equipped kitchen. The main bedroom has a king bed, the upper guest bedroom, a queen-sized bed, and the balcony bedroom a double bed. The lower level features multiple decks, rocking chairs, BBQ grille, a 6-person ozone spa outdoors and propane log fireplace indoors for those chily autumn and winter nights. |

REG. SEASON (June-Dec): $570/wk; $95/nt
PEAK SEASON (Oct. & all holiday weeks):
$630/wk; $105/nt
OFF-SEASON (Jan-May): $510/wk; $85/nt
Extra Guests: $60/wk or $10/night each.
Angel Loft is normally reserved by the week. Short stays (i.e., less than a week) can be booked within 60 days of arrival (30 days before holidays or Peak periods) or in between other bookings. Peak times are given below and includes most holidays and the month of October (popular fall leaf season).
SECURITY FEE: $100 refundable.
CLEANING: A $50 cleaning fee required for all stays of less than 6 nights.
CHILDREN are welcome at Angel Loft, and those ages 3 and under stay FREE! We even provide a high chair. No linens, towels, or other special items are provided for them, however, so you must bring these.
PETS are also welcome if you pay a one-time $75 fee for deep cleaning since dander and fur must be removed from the floor and furniture. Owners are also responisble for any other damage by their pets.
TENNESSEE TAXES: State & local sales and lodging taxes are 14.25%.
CANCELLATIONS: Guests cancelling 30 or more days prior to the date of arrival shall receive a full refund minus a $25 processing fee. No refunds can be made for cancellations within the 30-day period unless the rental unit can be re-booked. |
