Description Heeler's QUIET COMFORT CABINS is located in the heart of Northern Wisconsin's famous Vacation Land. With an elevation of almost 1,800 feet, an incomparable climate is found here. The air is crisp and fragrant with a moderate temperature wafted by refreshing pine-laden breezes. It induces rest and peace for the business-weary, assures regained health for the convalescent and acts as a stimulant to young and old alike. We have been in business for over 50 years -- one of only a few resorts that are still owned and operated by its original owners. Directions: Quiet Comfort Cabins is located 4 miles north of St. Germain. Take US 51 north to Minocqua/Woodruff - turn right on Hwy 70 and travel 10 miles to St. Germain. OR Take US 45 north to Eagle River - turn left on Hwy 70 and travel 12 miles to St. Germain. From St. Germain take Hwy 155 north 4 miles to North Lost Lake Drive. Turn right on North Lost Lake Drive and travel 1 mile to Quiet Comfort Cabins. Amenities  The resort consists of 7 housekeeping cabins, each built right on the water's edge and affording a wonderful view of Lost Lake. Our property is extensive, so we are able to space our cabins far apart. Each is surrounded by beautiful white birch and pine. All cabins are strictly modern with large screened porches and windows, comfortable beds and innerspring mattresses. They are completely equipped for housekeeping and are neat and clean. Activities and Attractions Our Sandy Swimming Beach ...especially appeals to the parents of young children. With a clean, sandy bottom, the depth of water increases so gradually that even the youngest and most inexperienced swimmer can enjoy the pleasure of a dip in the lake with absolute safety. A diving raft is anchored in deeper water for the experienced swimmer. Minimum weekly rental rate:    435.00 Rate details     There is a 30% reduction in weekly Spring & Fall rates before Memorial Day and after the third week of August. There is a 15% reduction in weekly rates during the first three weeks after Memorial Day.
