Description Come visit our beautiful mountain cabin while you are in the area. Located on a mountain ridge, your only view is of the mountains & sky. Fully furnished & comfortably equipped to anticipate your needs. Less than a mile from the cabin, you can step onto the Virginia Creeper Trail, the Appalachian Trail or step into the trout waters of Whitetop Creek or Laurel Creek. Located only 7 minutes outside Damascus, Va, "the friendliest town on the trail" and only 20 minutes from historical Abingdon, Va. The cabin features queen bed downstairs & two twin bunkie boards in the loft. Very nice bath & charming kitchen. Relax on the front porch in the porch swing or rock away your cares in the old rockers. Cabin has both ac & heat for year around comfort. Would love to see you! Amenities  One full size bed downstairs with room for the kids or other members of your party in a loft above Linens and towels are furnished One full (modern) bath, with a bathtub/shower combo-hot and cold running water A modern kitchen complete with an electric range, microwave and small refrigerator Utensils are there to cook with if you want to cook, you just supply the food The cabin has electric heat and air conditioning If you want to listen to the sounds of the night, you can leave the windows open to catch the cool night breezes We have a small TV and VCR at the cabin Easy access to the Virginia Creeper Trail Access to the Appalachian Trail Access to other hiking trails in the area is also close by Quick access to trout streams and National Forest areas Trade Tennessee is not far from here, if you are visiting during Trade Days Need information on how to get somewhere, we will be glad to help you Researching your family tree?
