The home was built in 1994, has 145' water frontage, with deep, year-round water access from Smith Lake (Pigeon Roost Creek). The front entry of the house is on the second floor, which has two master bedrooms, each with a king-size bed and its own bathroom. Also on the upper level are the living room with fireplace, the dining room, the kitchen, all with a vaulted ceiling. The lower level has two bedrooms that sleep a total of six people, one full bath, and a den with a daybed/trundle bed that can sleep two more people. The laundry room and a large cedar closet are also located on the lower level. From both the upper-level living room, as well as the master bedrooms, and from the lower-level den, you can access decks leading to the two-story dock. Driving Directions Take I-65 South from Huntsville or I-65 North from Birmingham. Take Exit 299 (Hwy 69 - Jasper). If you are coming from Huntsville, take a right at the exit so you are heading west. If you are coming from Birmingham, take a left at the exit so you are heading west. You should be on Hwy. 69 heading west. Go 7.4 miles then make a right onto County Road 222. There is a large sign advertising Ryan Creek Marina at this intersection. Ryan Creek Marina is on County Road 222. On County Road 222, go 8.2 miles then make a right at the stop sign onto County Road 331. On County Road 331, go 0.7 miles then make a right onto County Road 330. On County Road 330, go 1.1 miles. The house is a brown house (#1921) on the left, with a light globe on top of the mailbox, and is next to a red A-frame house.
