Description
This new log cabin was built in 2004. It is a 5-minute walk to the swim area at beautiful Lake Lure, where there are picnic tables and a grill avaiable for your use. A two-seater kayak is also there for your enjoyment. The cabin is in a private, gated, wooded community with nature trails and a quaint waterfall. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths with an upstairs loft. Sleeping capacity is 6-8 guests in our cozy cabin. It comes with a fully equipped kitchen and all linens are provided. We have a large covered porch with 4 rocking chairs that are begging to be relaxed in. You may see a deer while sitting on the front porch. All furniture is new and decorated with a lodge style look.
# The cabin is 5-minutes from downtown Chimney Rock and Chimney Rock park.
# Asheville airport is 40-minutes away. Historic Asheville and Hendersonville, NC are 30 minutes away.
# Grove Park Inn Resort and Spa as well as Biltmore House are 45 minutes away.
# Snow skiing slopes are one hour and 15-minutes away.
# Lake Lure, NC is home to HGTV's feature "Dream Home" for 2006. Tours are available through April 2006. |

Rate details
Rates start at $150.00 per night and are based on persons occupying the cabin.
Jan-May 2 night minimum
Memorial Day- Labor Day week long rentals only or 4 night minimum.
Sep-Dec 2 night minimum except holidays which is a 4 night minimum.
We do offer weekly specials.
We do not charge a cleaning fee.
We require a $300.00 security deposit which is refundable within one week after your check-out. |
