River Rose Cottage is just a short stroll from village shops and restaurants and the entrance to Chimney Rock Park, but is tucked away on a quiet, dead-end street with beautiful views of the mountains and river. Appropriate for 2 - 6 people, the cottage is perfect for a family vacation or a romantic getaway. At the end of a fun-filled day exploring the many attractions of Chimney Rock and Lake Lure, cross the one-lane bridge over the Rocky Broad River and come home to your own charming cottage. Enjoy dinner on your private, screened-in porch overlooking the river, indulge in a scented soak in an antique claw-footed tub, and fall asleep to the soothing sounds of the rushing river. |

# Jan., Feb. & March $400 for 2 nights; $120 ea. add'tl. night or $800/week.
# April, May, Sept., Nov. & Dec. $425 for 2 nights; $150 ea. add'tl. night or $900/week.
# June, July, Aug. & Oct. $500 for 2 nights; $175 ea. add'tl. night or $990/week.
# Except all Major Holidays which are $550 for 2 nights; $200 ea. add'tl. night or $1100/week.
# $350 security deposit (held on card)
# 50% deposit required at reservation + $20 nonrefundable reservation fee.
# MasterCard and VISA accepted.
# Balance due upon arrival plus 12% state and county taxes.
# Rents by the week in June, July & Aug.; 2 night minimum rest of the year, except at least 3-night minimum for all Major Holidays.
# Linens and towels and departure cleaning fee included in rates.
# 30 days notice required to cancel or deposit is forfeited, unless cottage can be re-rented, then advance rent deposit is refunded less $25 cancellation fee.
# Check-in is 4:00-7:00 p.m. Check-out is by 11:00 a.m. |
