From $200 night / $1200 week (6 guests)
From $225 night / $1350 week (8 guests)

* 2-nights minimum stay, longer on holidays and peak periods
* Slight charge for additional guests
* Standard cleaning fee charged based on number of guests
* Local and state taxes will be added to final charge
* Damage waiver required and 1st night booking fee charged
when reservation is accepted
* All reservations must be guaranteed with VISA or MASTERCARD
* Balance due 14 days prior to arrival
Cancellation Policy: 14 day advance notice less $30 cancellation fee
Full deposit forfeited if cancelled within 14 days from arrival date
