Cancellation Policy
The Tenant?s total rental rate less a 15% cancellation fee will be refunded if the Tenant provides more than 60 days notice. Cancellations with less than 60 days notice are subject to a 15% cancellation fee of the total rental rate and will receive an 85% refund of the total rental rate only if Lone Palm Enterprises, LLC is able to fill the vacancy for full reservation time and rate. There is no refund for early departure.
