This unique enclave of a Main Lodge and two cabins on 7 manicured acres, with accommodations for up to 26 people, will truly transport you to another world. The panoramic views of the 14,000 foot Continental Divide, Lake Catamount, Pleasant Valley, and the Yampa River are spectacular and unequaled in Steamboat Springs.

The Bella Vista in Steamboat Springs, Colorado can accommodate groups of 26 people comfortably, or intimate friendly gatherings for those who demand the finest in lodging. An absolutely unique family retreat, this exceptional property offers a 5510 square foot Main House with five bedrooms, five and a half bathrooms, as well as two Guest Cabins each with their own private entry, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen and living area. On the grounds of the Bella Vista you will find a heated in-ground swimming pool (summer only) surrounded by comfortable teak furniture, market umbrellas, tiki lanterns, and in-pool lighting for moonlight swimming on balmy summer nights. You may enjoy a game of tennis on the well-lit regulation-size tennis court, or find easy access to trails suitable for hiking, biking or snow shoeing into Pleasant Valley or the Routt National Forest. The 5510 square foot Main House is climate controlled for comfortable living year-round and features a large living room adjoined by an equally large recreation room with full-size pool table, piano, and wet bar. Seek serenity in the Bella Vista's air conditioned Sunroom with a ten-person, natural rock, jetted hot-tub and magnificent, endless views. Additional amenities include fully-appointed kitchens with all of the appliances and tableware needed for home cooked meals, satellite television and entertainment center with CD/DVD player. Internet access is also available at the main house. The full-time property managers of the Bella Vista are happy to provide you with resident, on-site concierge service to arrange for any activity the Rocky Mountain haven of Steamboat Springs has to offer; from awe inspiring balloon rides to adventurous powder cat skiing; from a rejuvenating day spa to an exploratory horseback ride.
