Description
Welcome to Crystal Springs Cabins! Savor, for a while, a "mountain home" historic sojourn. The three Crystal Springs cabins, built in the 1920's, offer a quiet solution to life's hectic pace. Located in Allenspark, the cabins offer an authentically historic, rustic, "wilderness" feeling while still being very close to all of the Front Range and Estes Park attractions. Relax in the silent comfort of these cabins and experience a new sense of tranquility all of your own.

Crystal Springs offers three cabins all different in size and amenities. These cozy abodes are rustic, yet contain modern conveniences such as comfortable queen beds, kitchenettes, private baths, color TV's, outdoor grills and picnic tables. Two cabins come with a personal porch swing for two, made with an old-fashioned touch. In addition, fresh linens are always available.

But what really makes Crystal Springs Cabins the place to be is its beautiful mountain scenery: a worthy example of all Colorado has to offer travelers to its great state. Each cabin is nestled in native wild rose, aspens and pine trees in the tiny village of Allenspark. However, keep in mind this mountain hideaway is not too hidden from metropolitan points such as Boulder, Denver, Estes and Rocky Mountain Park.

During your stay at Allenspark you cannot afford to overlook the numerous renowned gourmet restaurants and village eateries that the area boasts. One of the village's best kept secrets is the Fawn Brook Inn, a five-star gourmet restaurant serving dinner and desserts worthy of every star. The Hummingbird Cafe is also a local spot for travelers that offers up excellent lunch, dinner or even a quick snack. If you and your loved one wish to dine in, keep in mind each cabin has a personal kitchenette for any special treat you wish to prepare. Mike and Becky wish to make your stay as pleasant as possible; they will be more than happy to accommodate any special requests or needs you may have.

The Crystal Springs area is surrounded by some of nature's most beautiful views, trails, streams, lakes and wildlife: Rocky Mountain National Park, Indian Peaks Wilderness Area, and Roosevelt National Forest. Because the cabins are only one and one-half miles away from a National Park and one mile away from a National Forest, the area is bounteous in outdoor, healthful pursuits. With forests in two directions, visitors delight in hiking, horseback riding, picnicking, bird watching, backpacking and cross-country skiing. Plus, with major cities only a short drive away, you might elect to make your 'to-do" list grow exponentially!

Ralph Waldo Emerson explained that "Nature is loved by what is best in us. It is loved as the city of God." Visit Crystal Springs Cabins; come to remember your chosen place in nature.
