Description Sea Otter Cottage Vacation Rental is on 13th Avenue, just four blocks from Yacht Harbor and less than two blocks from Twin Lakes State Beach in Santa Cruz, California. The Santa Cruz Beach and its famous boardwalk amusement park also are just down the road from the home, and the Santa Cruz Municipal Wharf, the largest working wharf on the West Coast, is close by as well. Lodging accommodations at the cottage sleep up to four guests with two bedrooms, one bath, fully equipped kitchen and pantry, dining room and table with seating for six, and a living room with two couches, stereo with CD player, and 31-inch television with VCR and cable access.
