Description
Pond Mountain Lodge and Resort is located near Eureka Springs at the highest point in Carroll County, Arkansas. Pond Mountain enjoys a 30-mile easterly view, a southern valley and ridge view, and a convenient respite from the congestion of downtown. Its unique geological feature, two spring-fed and landscaped ponds at the mountain's top, has captured the imaginations of visitors for decades. Your hosts have stocked the ponds for your fishing pleasure, anglers welcomed! Pond Mountain also has its own horse-riding stables, "Steve's Stables," for gentle rides over the mountain!

All of the suites and vacation rental cabins are distinctively appointed with your comfort and good taste in mind. Guests in all lodging accommodations enjoy amenities such as microwave, refrigerator, coffee service with gourmet coffee, private bath (all with Jacuzzis), television/VCR, video library, complimentary beverages, and plenty of other special touches.
The southwestern "Roadrunner Cabin" comes with two bedrooms (queen and king), complete kitchen, living room with sleeper sofa and fireplace, and a Jacuzzi spa room! Secluded, serene, and conveniently located, it is the perfect place to spend a week or weekend with friends or family. Two "Kingfisher" cabins, Alpine A-frames, are ideal for the romantic couple desiring seclusion and wooded views. They, too, each have a two-person Jacuzzi, fireplace, and full kitchen, plus a cozy loft, and both provide an additional bed for extras.
Lodgers in suites also enjoy in-room personal Jacuzzi; plus fireplaces, TV/VCRs and kitchen or snack centers, and no one has more than one neighbor! Privacy and personality abound.

The Roadrunner Cabin has two large bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with a king bed, plus a queen sleeper sofa to accomodate parties of six. Roadrunner also has a large jacuzzi and a woodburning fireplace. True to its name, it is done in a Southwestern theme and enjoys a private wooded setting at the base of the mountain.
Rising out of the woods, two Alpine A-frames called "Kingfisher" are the ideal retreat for those with seclusion on their minds. Enjoy an evening by your fireplace and the convenience of a full kitchen. Wood tones, a 2-person Jacuzzi, deluxe queen bed, lovely decks and a loft with views make this cabin a romantic "must do." But, if you do bring along an extra, the Kingfisher-1 also has a queen sleeper sofa and Kingfisher-2 has a double bed. |
