A ?treehouse experience? awaits you at Treehouse Cottages! Enjoy our Luxurious forest haven hidden in the mainstream of Eureka Springs, or relax at our second location just outside of town.
In town, we have one romantic, private cottage and three elegant Treehouse Cottages. Just on the outskirts of Eureka Springs, nestled in thirty-three acres of hidden pine forest, are three additional Treehouse Cottages. All Treehouses are more than twenty feet off the ground and are fully supported by wooden poles.
We are located IN town, about ? a mile from downtown Eureka Springs. We are on Hwy 62, just down the street from the Visitor's information Center. However, because of the unique lay of the land, the treehouses are hidden in a forested valley and away from the hustle and bustle of town? in town, but you'd never know it. Our ?Hidden Forest? location is on the outside of town approximately one mile from our main location. Hillside Haven Cottage, Cedar Shade Treehouse, Hidden Oak Treehouse and Hideaway Treehouse are all located IN TOWN at our main location. The Bungalow Treehouse, Whispering Wood Treehouse and Towering Pines Treehouse are all located at our HIDDEN FOREST location just outside Eureka Springs. |

Treehouse Cottages v. Hillside Haven Cottage:
We have 6 Treehouse Cottages and 1 Guest Cottages.
The 6 treehouse cottages sleep no more then 2 adults.
They are up in the trees 20-26 feet off the ground with a view of the forest and valley below
The Hillside Haven Cottage, although usually only sleeps 2 people, can sleep up to 4. (This includes any children or babies) Hillside Haven Cottage overlooks our spectacular flower gardens. It is almost twice as big as the treehouses and has a few extra features such as a hot tub.
Beds: Hillside Haven Cottage, Cedar Shade Treehouse, Hidden Oak Treehouse and Hideaway Treehouse all have Queen size beds. The Bungalow Treehouse, Towering Pines Treehouse and Whispering Wood Treehouse all have King size beds.
Weddings: We are not a wedding facility, but we do hold small intimate ceremonies for our guests while they are with us. Call or email for more information and availability.
Check-in & out: Check in is around 3pm. Check-out is no later than 11:30am.
Please ask about early and late arrival times.
Romance and Seclusion: All 7 cottages are designed for the romantic?Specifically for honeymoon and anniversary couples. They all basically include the same things but are laid out and decorated differently. The design of the treehouses lends them to seclusion. They are at different heights and are situated so that you are not aware of the other guests staying in our trees.
Meals: We are not a bed and breakfast; therefore we do not provide any meals. However, we do provide complimentary snacks, homemade bread, juice, sodas, coffee, hot chocolate and hot tea upon your arrival. All cottages come equipped with a small kitchen and BBQ grill, there is also a grocery store just down the street and over 50+ restaurants within a couple miles of us.
Jacuzzi v. hot tub: All 6 Treehouses come with a double sized Jacuzzi bath tub inside.
Hillside Haven Cottage includes a Jacuzzi AND a private Hot Tub on the deck. |

Rate details
Prices: Our rate is $139.00 per night plus tax, every night, year round for Hillside Haven Cottage, Cedar Shade Treehouse, Hidden Oak Treehouse, and the Hideaway Treehouse. Our rate is $159 per night plus tax, every night, year round for: The Bungalow Treehouse, Towering Pines Treehouse, Whispering Wood Treehouse.
Discounts: We give 1 discount - $20.00 off the 4th night. Print our discount coupon and bring it with you to Eureka Springs.
Reservations: Reservations are taken by telephone. We do not take reservations online.
Deposit: You are required to pay a deposit equal to a one nights stay in the cottage you reserved, at the time a reservation is made.
The rest and the tax are due at check-in. We accept Visa, MC, Discover or debit cards.
Policies:
Cancellation - Your deposit will be refunded (-$10.00 booking fee) if you let us know 15 days or more from the date you are suppose to arrive that you need to cancel.
If you reschedule or cancel 14 days or less from you arrival date, the deposit is NON-Refundable. Your specific deadline date will be given to you when you make your reservation.
Children - We are mostly designed for romantic getaways. Children are welcome as part of the 4 people in the Hillside haven cottage, but Not in the treehouses.
Smoking - We have a very strict non-smoking policy. You are welcome to smoke outside, but if you smoke indoors, you will be charged a cleaning fee equal to one nights stay.
Pets - We do not accept pets of any kind |
