Nightly Rates $175-$300/nt. A $30 Reservation Fee, $75 Cleaning Fee, and 9.5% Lodging Tax Are Additional. A Two Night Minimum Stay is Required Throughout the Year, Excluding Holidays. A Three Night Minimum Stay is Required for Martin Luther King Day Weekend, Easter, Memorial Day Weekend, the Month of July, & New Years Day.
