HOME SIZE: 1400 Square feet on two levels. Ground level (main), has living and dining room with kitchen and laundry. Second level has master and 2nd bedroom with shared bath.
BEDS AND SLEEPING: 2 - Private bedrooms. Master with King and 2nd Bedroom with Queen
OCCUPANCY LIMITS: This home will accommodate 4 on beds. A 5th is ok but would need to be a small child to be able to sleep on the sofa.

SPECIAL FEATURES: Cathedral ceilings, open and bright atmosphere, Hot Tub (5-6), High speed wireless internet, TV/DVD/Satellite, Gas Fireplace, Dishwasher/Washer/Dryer, Gas BBQ grill, Large deck with furniture, Forest view open space off deck.
EXTRAS: With all our units, we furnish additional items that are not normally available in a vacation rental at no additional cost to you. You will find, basic spices & condiments in addition to coffee, tea, cocoa and necessary soaps & conditioners for body, laundry, and dishes. In units where it is appropriate, you will also find fishing poles/tackle, and wood for the fireplaces.
You can consider our vacation homes/cabins/& condo's as fully furnished and ready to pamper all your needs.
Basically, all you need to do is bring your cloths, food, and a desire for a special memory making vacation. We supply the rest.
ATMOSPHERE: This home is open and bright. It is decorated in a Mountain Lodge slightly rustic format. The feel is inviting with with a cozy mix of leather, rich woods, and fine quality appointments.
Previous guest have stated "This home offered so much more than we expected and has everything you could possibly want or need. You have thought of everything. We will be back and will be telling our friends of this special place".
Surroundings is mountain residential.
The deck and hot tub area offer private mountain forest views.

Holidays .................. $150/night
2 night minimum except for Holidays requiring 3 night minimum.
To above add Clean-out Fee of $90 and 3.9% State & Local Taxes.
50% Deposit at booking with balance due 60 days prior to arrival.
No refund if cancellation within 60 days of arrival.
15% Cancellation Fee before 60 days.
Check-in 4:00 PM; Check-out 11:00 AM.
