River Roost is a new log cabin located on the New River - a National Scenic River and believed to be one of the oldest rivers in North America. Located just 12 minutes from Jefferson, NC, our cabin features 4 bedrooms, 2 baths and sleeps 8. There is a family room/kitchen combination and a large front porch with rockers. River Roost is a comfy cabin that's a perfect setting for a family vacation, romantic weekend getaway, or simply a gathering of friends. Enjoy early mornings and sunsets from the deck overlooking the New River and spend your afternoon tubing or canoeing from your front yard. The river is gentle, offering good bass fishing, trout streams, excellent birding and inspiring mountain scenery. |
